MP3 Player

I bought an MP3 player a few weeks ago and I was so excited to finally be able to listen to music and audio books while walking. I ripped music/audio book from CDs onto my computer and all went well...initially. Now, it's all a jumbo mess. It starts off with Chapter 3, then a song, then Chapter 1, 2, 5, then another song. Help, what am I doing wrong?

You "ripped"....ummmm....try sorting the tracks or renaming them somehow.
Check out the overdrive console at Main library and see if that works for you.

Thanks for your suggestions. I bought an MP3 instead of an iPod so that I could download books from OverDrive. I wanted to try it out on some old CDs that I had at home first to see how to do it, then I was going to try OverDrive after I took the training. I think I'll just delete it all and start from scratch.

I spent two weeks in Italy about 10 years ago and it was truly an amazing experience. I am forever looking for ways to return to Firenze. Of course, last fall I went to London and I enjoyed that as well.

I had to put the downloads from Overdrive into Windows Media Player and download it onto my MP3 player from there. That worked for me - and the MP3 player I had.
